When members display an artwork, they’re actively sponsoring the artist. Part of their payment goes straight to the creator, helping fund new pieces that rotate throughout the ORO network.

  • ORO provides luxury art staging for DEN listings - enhancing the emotional impact of high-end showings.


  • Quarterly curation of the DEN Gallery is also included, with a 25/75 commission split on artwork sales.

Founding Real Estate Sponsor

Position DEN as the exclusive Founding Real Estate Partner of ORO. This title will be prominently recognized across our events, digital communications, and community touch points signaling a shared commitment to supporting living artists and elevating cultural experiences in the home.

Event Sponsorship & Space Partnership

Sponsor production and luxury space for ORO’s private community events. Designed for both ORO Members and DEN clients.

Quarterly Partnership Retainer

Provide a quarterly retainer to retain ORO as an on-call, full-service art curation and staging partner. 

Includes

  • Luxury listing support,
  • Curated installations for DEN-hosted events
  • Client gift opportunities (such as complimentary rotating gallery experiences for buyers).
